I cannot stress enough that I love all of these, they're all super satisfying and the range from masterful artistry to disrespectful brutality in how Death takes down his enemies is just. Chef's kiss. I especially love that they establish right away with the whole interaction with Crowfather in the beginning and the way he kills him, that this is not just a reskin of the same guy we played as in the first game. This guy is unhinged and merciless, honor be damned. But. 5:12. I could talk about this one in particular forever. Something about the choice to have Death in his ultimate form forego the use of weapons or magic and just *beat a lord of the dead into the fucking ground with his bare hands.* There is SO MUCH ABOUT THAT I LOVE. It is so BARBARIC and UNNECESSARY and DISRESPECTFUL and BRUTAL and it says so much about Death as a person that he does that to a guy whose only crime was talking a bit of shit on him and wasting a couple hours of his time. I just eat it up.

The way lethal and unlethal should've worked i this game: lethal is quick and very quiet but gives you less XP while unlethal is louder and victims can potentially wake up, but you get more XP for being merciful. Instead lethal takedowns don't give you any advantage: they are louder and grant fewer XP points. The game itself favors unlethal approach.
